Welcome to FURRT. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, APIs, and mobile applications provided by FURRT, Inc. ("FURRT," "we," or "us"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our platform.

1. Account Security & Signup

You must provide accurate and complete registration details when signing up as a Buyer, Seller, or Affiliate. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Passwordless magic links sent to your email are single-use and valid for 30 minutes.

2. Custom Quotes & Milestone Escrow

Sellers establish pricing guidelines. Custom quote offers submitted to buyers constitute binding contracts upon acceptance. Escrow pre-authorization holds funds securely until shipment is confirmed and a 3-day buyer inspection window concludes without dispute.

3. Disputes & Resolution

Disputes concerning quality, structural failures, or damaged delivery must be initiated in writing during the 3-day inspection window. Escrow disbursements will be frozen until resolved by mutual agreement or administrative resolution by FURRT.
